Power IC Model Library for PSpice
The Power IC Model Library for PSpice from AEi Systems incorporates over 150 hyper-accurate time-domain PSpice models for power electronic design and simulation. The library has been developed in close cooperation with the IC manufacturers using non official component information. This means that the models are extremely accurate.
