Power IC Model Library
Power IC Model Library for PSpice, from AEI Systems, contains over 250 specific models with timing information for the design and simulation of power electronics. The library is developed in close cooperation with the respective semiconductor manufacturers and with access to unofficial component information. This means that the models are very accurate and reliable.
Power IC Model Library includes:
- PSpice model libraries (. lib files), see Power Library List.
- Schematics with application examples (opj, dsn, sch files).
- Complete symbol sets for OrCAD Capture and Cadence Allegro Design Entry CIS, and MicroSim Schematics.
