- Education is important to users of our products to be able to utilize the software in an optimal way. We offer courses both scheduled and at customer sites. It is also important to get update training and we therefore offer free workshops where designers are given an insight into new features and approaches in the software.
- Technical support by e-mail and telephone is conducted by our personnel with long experience of this. Behind us we have access to support from our vendors support organizations.
- GATElib is a service supporting the management of component libraries. When a new design is to be produced you often want to use the very latest components and then it can be hard to find schematic symbols. GATElib solves this quickly and efficiently. GATElib is found in the GM-portal on our website.
- Updates of the software are coming continuously and can be downloaded from the GM-portal as soon as they are available.
- The GM-portalen is a service where you in addition to information about your maintenance agreement and products also find technical support in the form of application reports, installation guides, FAQs etc.
