Order and download schematic symbols from GATElib

From GATElib you can quick and easy download a component to your component database. You can order a component, especially interesting when you need a brand new component not available anywhere else. The download includes the schematic symbol and a text file containing component information as properties.

GATElib is a service developed by GATEline AB and supports local requirements from customers in the Nordic countries e.g. part numbers from the component distributor ELFA.

GATElib is available for our customers with a valid maintenance agreement. In agreements for Capture, Capture CIS, OrCAD Unison, OrCAD PCB Designer and Allegro Design Entry 210 there is a number of downloads included without any extra cost.

The functions in GATElib:

• GATEbasic is a component database based on the component distributor ELFA´s product line of discrete components and some additional active components. The database contins over 7000 components. GATEbasic is best suited for users of Capture CIS or Allegro Design Entry CIS 210 and is shipped in MS Access format. When using any of those products it is possible, when the BOM is ready, to put it in the shopping cart at the ELFA homepage and immediately get pricing, delivery times and place the order.

• Serach and download of schematic symbols including component information as properties ready to be inseted into the company database.
