Our services are important to you!

Our customers are operating on a competitive market which means there are a lot of pressure to get the design work done as fast and easy as possible. The designer should be able to concentrate on designing and have access to best possible support. This is when our services gets into place!

Our services in short:

  • Technical support is available via telephone or email and is handled by engineers with long experience of technical support. Behind us are our vendors support organizations.

  • Training is important for the users of the software in order to be able to use the software in an efficient way. We are offering both scheduled training cources and on site trainings optimized for the customer. Further training is also important as the software develops and to cover this we are offering Workshops free of charge

  • GM-portalen is a place only accessible for users with valid maintenance agreements. Here you will find information about the agreement, covered products, installation support, Q&A, download area for software updates, GATElib and much more.

  • GATElib is a service which supports customer´s component library. The designer often needs to use the latest component from the vendor and then he needs a schematic symbol quickly. GATElib solves this problem, either the symbol is already in our library for download or the symbol with basic component information as a text file can be requested for delivery within a couple of days.

  • Software updates can be downloaded as soon as they become available from GM-portalen

  • We are also offering our RSS service where you can subscribe to the information you are interested in. For example you can receive a short message as soon as a new software update is available.
