Once you have an existing maintenance contract with GATEline, you have access to prioritized technical support at no charge. Detailed information about our support services is available when you log in to GM-portalen which is easy to use and shows relevant information based on your maintenance agreement content.

In GM-portalen, you will find, among other things:

  • Software updates for download.
  • A file archive which includes installation assistance, FAQ, usage tips, etc.
  • Interactive support for ordering new license file at server change.
  • GATElib with symbols and libraries for download.
  • List of consultants using our products and which you can contact for help.

You can reach our support via telephone, e-mail to support@gateline.se and GM-portalen. Please provide your contract number in the subject line. We will respond as quickly as we can. To our help we have, among other things Netviewer with which, if it is necessary, we can see your problem directly on your computer.

If you do not have a valid maintenance contract, we will charge for the time spent after we have received a written order from you.
