You can reach our support via telephone, e-mail to support@gateline.se and GM-portalen. Please provide your contract number in the subject line. We will respond as quickly as we can. To our help we have, among other things Netviewer with which, if it is necessary, we can see your problem directly on your computer. If you do not have a valid maintenance contract, we will charge for the time spent after we have received a written order from you.
