Maintenance Agreement

By having a valid maintenance agreement you are protecting your investment and make sure you get full benefit of your software licenses. If you need to upgrade your product to another product with more functionality there is always a more economical path if you are on the latest software version. The maintenance agreements are valid for 12 month and we are contacting you when it is time to renew.

A maintenance agreement with GATEline gives you:

• Discounted price on scheduled training courses

• Access to GM-portalen for on-line support

• Software updates distributed automatically

• One free change of license file (valid for most products)

• A free amount of pins for symbol download from GATElib (valid for agreements on Capture/CIS)

• In some cases access to support by log in to vendors support site

• E-mail information regarding important changes with the product.
