General.

The aim of the courses is to ensure that new users get started quickly with the use of the products and also used in the best manner. In addition, we want to help promote excellence in various specialized areas. We listen constantly to what our customers want and tries to provide courses in the most popular sections.

Course Information.

Courses are held in Sweden, Norway and Finland. On demand we are running training on other sites The or at a customer site. These trainings could be done in Swedish, English or Finish.

Reservation.

When signing up you must include the names of participants, your order number (if required), and invoice address. A confirmation will be sent to the participant about a week before the course starts. We need your order no later than five days before the course starts.

Where to stay.

Course participants are responsible for booking the hotel. Remember to book well in advance.

Payment.

Course fee is invoiced in advance.

Cancellation.

Cancellation by attendee later than 15 days before the starting date of the course, entire fee will be charged. GATEline AB reserves the right, without any obligation for compensation, to cancel a training course due to low number of attendances or any cause beyond the control of GATEline.
